It’s done!

For my purposes, this is perfect.

I considered if it’s distributable or not, leaning heavily towards “nah.” I would love to make this available to other people but this involves work from 6 different publishers so I can’t even imagine the nightmare of rights-clearing that would be needed.

But now I can page through it, study, annotate, and bookmark to my heart’s content. It’s already proven to be a great reference resource.
